Ng’arisha Team Hit Road for Cleanup

A team of employees have embarked on an ambitious plan to engage in cleaning activities within and around the hospital. Ng’arisha, a Swahili word for ‘Clean It’, is driven by employee volunteerism led by Head of Nursing – Mrs. Marren Chunga and composed of staff drawn from different hospital departments.

The inaugural cleanup began in April with staff participating in a several planned activities that share a common commitment to make the environment safe, clean and healthy for patients and the community.

Ng’arisha campaign is just one of the many ongoing campaigns the hospital is involved in to ensure optimum sanitation practices.
