M.P. Shah Hospital’s CEO, Dr. Toseef Din, held a mentorship session with the newly enrolled nursing students of the September 2024 class at the School of Health Sciences.

The interactive session focused on the crucial topic of Sustainability in Healthcare, with Dr. Din offering insights into how healthcare professionals can contribute to reducing the industry’s carbon footprint.

During the presentation, Dr. Din highlighted the significant role that each individual can play in promoting sustainability, underscoring the small yet impactful steps students can take in their day-to-day lives to help decrease their environmental impact. The students expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to understand how their personal actions, both in their professional and personal lives, can contribute to a more sustainable healthcare system.
