Nanny Training to Enhance Childcare Skills.
M.P. Shah Hospital held a successful nanny training program at our main hospital, bringing together dedicated caregivers for a half-day session focused on ensuring the safety and well-being of children under their care.
The initiative was designed to equip nannies with essential skills and practical knowledge to enhance the quality of childcare.
The training covered a range of topics, blending theoretical lessons with hands-on practice. Participants learned about child safety, first aid, nutrition, and early childhood development. The engaging sessions provided nannies with real-life scenarios and practical solutions, ensuring they could immediately apply what they learned in their daily routines.
The program was led by a team of experts, including Dr. Jane Mate, Dr. Varsha Hirani, Ruth Macharia, Mary Billy, and Jackline Mugambi, each offering valuable insights and guidance. Their combined expertise created a comprehensive and enriching learning experience for all attendees.
At the end of the training, participants proudly received certificates in recognition of their dedication and new skills. The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing gratitude for the opportunity to learn from such experienced professionals.
