Make a payment of Ksh10,000/= per tender (please note that the pharmaceutical tender list and surgical tender list are separate) at the finance department which is on the 4^th floor of the Admin Block of the hospital which is located along Shivachi Road, Parklands, Nairobi. Alternatively you can pay by M-Pesa to our paybill number which is 824600 and use the Account number as Pharmacy Tender.

Once the payment has been made please obtain an official receipt, fill out the form on the right and then click on the submit button.  If you have paid by M-Pesa, then use the transaction reference number as the receipt number.  We will then send you an email with your receipt attached later.

After submitting the form above, we will then send you an email with a link to download the tender documents. The same email will have a link for you to upload your documents with your tendered prices.
